Book-Keeping & Report Services include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintenance of General Ledger including posting of entries
- Maintenance of Accounts Receivable, Sales and Receipts (data entry, maintain customer files, invoicing, receipt vouchers, customers’ statement of Accounts etc)
- Maintenance of Accounts Payable, Purchases and Payments (data entry, maintain vendor files, billing, payment vouchers, cheques & suppliers’ statement reconciliation etc)
- Petty cash accounting entries and reimbursement reconciliation
- Cash book payment / receipt entries and cash book reconciliation. Tally with bank statements
- General ledger journal entries for accrual, prepayment, assets depreciation and other adjusting journal entries
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register & Schedule
- Keeping full set of Accounts monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis
- Accounting for Input GST, Output GST and Reconciliation of net GST payable/ receivable to/from IRAS in the Quarterly submission. Returns
- Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting
- Year-end budgeting, forecasting and cash flow for management reporting.
- Preparing and customizing of the financial reporting package for Management such as Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation Statement and Cash flow Statement
- Perform bank & other account reconciliation
- Group consolidation reporting for groups of companies
- Clearing of backlog & messy accounts
- Compilation of report for filing of Annual Return to ACRA
- Performing other Account-related administrative services
