The Payroll function could be a complicated & time-consuming process involving payable allowances, commissions, bonuses, unused leave, CPF and other employee benefits or deductions
We can assist you maintain a proper payroll record and ensure timely payment of salary to employees as well as CPF and other mandated payroll benefits such as Foreign Worker Levy and Skill Development Levy to Central Provident Fund Board.
GP’s Payroll Service includes but is not limited to the following:
- Computation of Payroll, CPF and other employee benefits on weekly, bi- weekly or monthly basis
- Maintaining payroll records
- Generation of Pay slips
- Salary payment to employees by cheque issuance or through bank transfer such as GIRO
- Central Provident Fund (CPF) registration and timely monthly payments
- Issuing of IR8A Form for personal tax
- Generation of payroll report for management review
- Assist with accounting staff recruitment, interview, filtering of candidates and recommending the shortlisted candidates for clients to meet and interview
